CMW Assembled Full Gazed  Panel Frames

CMW Full Glazed Panel Frames are similar to OEM. However , they have visually different vertical and horizontal tube dimensions and should not be used next to OEM glazed panels. These full Glazed Panels Frames are ideal solutions when addition of full glazed panels are desired in an existing Avenir® installation.

Description; Non-powered base standard. base covers available with cut-outs for OEM power. (Steelcase® powerway styles FP and FPW in both 3-circuit and 4-circuit) Assembled full glass structure CMW panel with clear glass. Includes one (1) porkchop kit. Compatible with OEM except for visual difference in structural tube dimensions. (see standard paint finishes)

36" Door Kit

CMW Door Kits are similar to OEM, However they have visually different vertical and horizontal tube dimensions and should not be used next to OEM...CMW door panels fits a 36" opening, not a 42" like OEM Doors are 30" W. Installation is the same as OEM

Description: Steel frame with hollow core door, adjustable threshold and lockset. Includes hardware (porkchop kit) to attach to panels of equal height. Lockset is brushed chrome finish. Door kit can only be used with adjacent panels 80" high. Door is not ADA compliant.   See Paint finishes and laminate selections

Bottom Gate

Slides under Finished End Cover to finish off bottom of panel. Perforated knock out to allow passage of electrical/communication cables through adjacent panel bases. Available painted or unpainted Order 2 per panel. ( see Paint finishes )

Panel to Wall Bracket Kit

Kit includes top and bottom brackets. Used for securing panel to concrete or reinforced wall. Attaches the top and bottom of the panel perpendicular to concrete block or reinforced plaster walls. ( see Paint finishes )

Panel Connector Kit (Porkchop)

Connects CMW panels and OEM panels in straight-line,2-way, 3-way and 4-way conditions. Includes all parts to attach panels of equal height. Kit includes 2 "porkchops", 1 plastic "teardrop" corner piece, 1 plastic end piece, 2 pins and 6 tapered bolts. Sold as a kit only

Varying Height Kits

Kit includes left and right hand connectors. Connectors clip to channel of taller panel and attach to top of short panel. Specify by height of lower panel. Straight connector attach to the top of the shorter panel, and hook into one both sides of the taller panel in straight line. OEM compatible. Use tapered bolts from "Porkchop" kit to attach to panels.

Raceway Bottom Bar

Steel bottom bar attaches to bottom of OEM raceway frame, OEM electrical may be attaches to bottom bar. OEM compatible/ Order 1 per raceway

Base Cover Clip

Spring Steel . Use 2 per raceway frame to hold base covers onto frames. OEM compatible. Order 2 per raceway.

Base Cover Clip Screw

1/4"-20 x .75 flat head Phillips. Use 2 to attach raceway bottom bar and spring steel base cover clip to each side of raceway frame. Order 2 per raceway

Panel Glide

3/8" - 24 x 1.875" glide with 1/2 inch square drive for use with CMW base frames and OEM panels. Order 2 per raceway.

Base Cover Non-Powered

18 gauge steel painted and unpainted base covers.  OEM compatible. No provision for duplex receptacles. Priced per pair( see Paint finishes )

Base Cover Powered

STP4300 powered base covers are compatible with Steelcase® style FP and FPW powerways in both 3 and 4 circuit applications. Cutouts for the oversized duplex receptacles are not available. Priced per pair. Note: Steel outlet cover can be used with STP430 base covers to cover up outlet receptacles holes when not in use.( see Paint finishes )

2W90° and 3W Wire Management Connectors

Steel 2W90° cover to hide power distribution cable at base of panel at 2W90° connection and 3W cover to hide power distribution cable at base of panel at 3W90°connection. ( see Paint finishes )
